Bards of the Blogosphere Special - A Bard A Day - No. 7 Priyanka Victor

Heard of the Bards of the Blogosphere by now? Of course you have.  We (because I'm a member too), are a group of Indian-based bloggers, randomly brought together by Blogadda, the Indian blogging hub. We are co-writing a novella.  It's more than two thirds underway and is an exciting story of drama, intrigue, romance suspense and.....well, you'll just have to read it to find out.  The Bards are taking part in the Game of Blogs, an activity promoted by Blogadda to #CelebrateBlogging, with thirty teams in the novella writing fray.  Despite eliminations, we're still in the game.  Let's meet the Bards, one by one. Last Wednesday, we met Dr Roshan Radhakrishnan. Thursday, we met the vivacious Divyakshi Gupta from Mumbai.  Friday, we met the multi-faceted Priyanka Roy Banerjee!  Saturday, it was the turn of the enigmatic Nupur Maskara.  Sunday, we had the talented Sulekha Rawat.  On Monday, we had a little break from the 'Bard A Day' series as MBB welcomed historical fiction author Anya Richards.  Yesterday, we met the unassuming Arpita Nayak.  Today, we meet Priyanka Victor, a Bard I've been longing to meet.

Can you share a little about yourself?
Chocoholic. Obsessive about books, fonts and clean bedsheets, in that order. Editor by profession. Optimist by birth, pessimist by choice. Queen of Randomness.

How are you enjoying being a Bard of the Blogosphere?
I have a great team and I guess I just got lucky. I love that each writer brings something different to the table and we are all bound by our common love for writing/blogging.

How does it feel to cowrite a novella?  Have you done this before?

Nope, haven't done this before. I am awed at how coordinated a bunch of writers from all over India can come together and pen a novel in perfect cohesion. I never thought this was possible. I remember thinking at the outset how this was going to work out, now we're in the final leg and kicking ass and all thanks go to my team members.

Do you know the ending to the story?
Uh-huh, uh-huh... And I'm hoping we'll do justice to it and that the readers are blown away :)

Can you sum up this experience in a Tweet sized sentence?
So. Damn. Cool.
